At first I found them friendly and fun, especially the dentists. I even had a delightful discussion with them about finances and a treatment plan. But the follow up was a nightmare. Very unprofessional administrative and customer service. They basically were asking me to do it for them, the focus for them was on the money, no care from the administrative team about the patient... to comment below. *had, as in so poor irrevocable

Absolutely lowest quality of service and care. Always some excuse for why things don't work....computers down..blah blah blah. Schedule appointment, they ask me to come an hour early only to sit in waiting room for an hour. Give hassles over transferring x-rays. Dentist cycle as soon as they can find better jobs at real dental offices. Cleaning procedure interrupted so they could assist other patients. Hard to reach by phone, will be put on hold and then disconnect.

Aspen Dental was amazing. They were able to fit me in right away. The office staff and medical staff were all amazing. Best experience I've ever had at a Dentist Office. I highly recommend calling them and going to them for your needs. They are great and the front office staff was so informational, nice and just wonderful! Ms. Ariel Molina the Assistant Office Manager at the Tyrone Office, I just can't say enough great things about her. This office is very privileged to have her!

I called Aspen because one of my crowns fell out. I had a series of X-rays of my teeth & had a dental hygienist checkup. I explained I have no problems with my teeth, I will be following up with my dentist next month. All that I needed was to have my crown cemented. I was there for approximately 3 hours! The dentist of course told me I needed 3 new crowns, due to decay & it could be done that day. I declined to have it done. I was leaving the next day & flying back home for a while. I told him I just want to have my crown cemented back. He saw other patients while I just sat there until he was done with them! The temperature in the building was so cold a lady gave a blanket. The she discussed the bill, which I thought it was high, then she gave me a 20% coupon discount, I just thought the bill was high but I needed to have it done! I asked when I called for an appointment, she didn't tell me what the cost would be. I don't think I would recommend this place, although very thorough but not sure if this is how you can make money.

The whole experience was below average for my first visit and I will not be returning, nor would I ever recommend. The scheduler stated that I was being scheduled for X-rays and cleaner. My X-rays were completed but it was a very uncomfortable experience as the dental assistant scraped up my gums and had to repeat them numerous times. X-rays should not be painful or cause abrasions to the gums and soft tissue. The male Hispanic dentist with dark hair was arrogant and stated that they would try to “squeeze me in for a cleaning.” When I made the appointment, I was told that’s what I was scheduled for. The dentist was very unprofessional and walked off as I was trying to explain to him what I was scheduled for. The office Manager Ariel was very professional in hearing my concerns but I still wasted my time by going for X-rays and no cleaning. I will not be returning.
